Abstract:In China,the policy of residency training will be fully carried out this year.Shanghai will be pilot for fellowship training plan.This paper summarizes the methods,models and advantages of the nephrology fellowship clinical training in America,comparing with the present residency training poli-cy in China.They found out the deficiency of existing pattern,draw lessons from the advantage of nephrology fellowship training system in U.S.A.They also give some suggestions to improve our training system.They look forward to find the reasonable ways and means to build a suitable nephrol-ogy fellowship training system in our country.
