Abstract:Clinical pathway is for some kind of disease surveillance ,treatment ,rehabilitation and care developed by a strict order to have an accurate diagnosis and treatment planning time required to re-duce the delay and recover waste of resources ,so that patients get the most efficient medical services . Strong clinical pathway concept plans ,procedures standardized and unified standardized training of resident physicians with standardized consistent with the requirements .The results of this study show that will introduce the concept of clinical pathways standardized training of resident physicians trained teaching practice ,not only the clinical residency correct way of thinking ,training ,clinical practice a-bility ,but also can regulate with a teacher’s teaching behavior ,and enhance the teaching of science and systematic ,standardized training to make the training more in line with requirements .
