Application of CBL Combined With SP Teaching Mode in Standardized Training of Infectious Diseases Department

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of casebased learning（CBL）+standardized patient（SP） in standardized training in the department of infectious diseases.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,a total of 80 doctors who were trained in the standardized training base of the department of infectious diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China were selected and randomly divided into a control group（n=40） and the experimental group（n=40）,the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the CBL+SP combined teaching mode.After the training,the clinical assessment results and satisfaction with the teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the professional quality and communication scores between the two groups of regular doctors（P＞0.05）,but in the questioning skills,physical examination,clinical judgment,organization efficiency,and comprehensive ability,the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistical Academic significance（P＜0.05）.In terms of satisfaction survey,the experimental group was obviously higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The CBL+SP combined teaching model is better than the traditional teaching model,and it is worthy of popularization in the standardized training of the department of infectious diseases.
