Discussion on Crisis Management in Emergency Nursing Management

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of the crisis management application in the emergency nursing management.Methods 140 cases of emergency patients selected from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 70 patients, were named as the observation group and the control group, the control group of patients with major conventional nursing management method, the observation group were using the crisis management approach, compared to the effect of two groups of clinical care of patients.Results The study group of patients the disease control time and hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group patients, and patients observed nursing work satisfaction rate was higher for patients, the incidence of risk events in the observation group than the control group patients.Conclusion Crisis management application effect observed in the emergency nursing management, the use of crisis management approach can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events, to ensure the safety of care, the kinds of management practices to promote worthy of extensive clinical nursing in the emergency department.
