Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of chitosan combined with acupoint injection on preventing postoperative intestinal adhesion.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017 were admitted to row to select 122 cases of patients with abdominal surgery treatment as the research object, two groups according to random number table method, the intraoperative and postoperative by routine treatment and nursing of 59 patients as control group, the rest after surgery to give on the basis of chitosan supplemented by foot three mile point injection of vitamin B12 treatment to observe 63 patients group.The recovery time of intestinal tinnitus, recuperation time of anal exhaust and satisfaction rate of patients in the two groups were recorded.Phillips international intestinal adhesion grading index was used to classify the degree of intestinal adhesion of patients in the 24-month postoperative follow-up, and the incidence of intestinal adhesion was also calculated.The postoperative indicators of intestinal adhesion such as vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and anorectal cessation were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate was calculated by using the improved international curative effect evaluation scale.Results The study found that the recovery time of intestinal tinnitus in the observation group was(35.0±2.7)h, and the recovery time of anal vent was (31.6±3.8) h, significantly lower than that of the control group (48.3±4.4) h, and the recovery time of anal vent was (45.2 ± 8.3) h, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 96.8％, which was significantly higher than the control group's 84.7％, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Observation group of patients that Ⅱ, Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ adhesion for 8 patients with less than the control group were 16 cases, at the same time level I adhesion of 55 patients with observation group than the control group, 42 cases of patients with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);Complications of different degrees occurred in both groups, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.7％, less than that in the control group, which was 25.4％, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of efficacy evaluation, 28 patients in the observation group were cured by 44.4％, while the number of concurrent effective cases was 33.3％, and the number of effective cases was 20.6％, all of which were more than those in the control group.The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96.83％, which was 84.75％ higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chitosan combined with acupoint injection has obvious clinical effect in preventing the incidence of intestinal adhesion in postoperative abdominal patients, and can improve the nursing satisfaction.It has good clinical effect, which is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical practice.
