The administration and evaluation for the new model of education and teaching management:gathering four into one

Abstract:At present,there are too much educating and teaching contents,several overlapping educating management departments,and many different teaching and managing objects in the teaching hospital,which makes a lot of troubles for clinical teaching management and coordination.From 2002 to now,there was a new education model carried out gathering all the teaching works into the education department as "gathering four into one" in Peking University Third Hospital.This study introduced the actual administrating condition and effects,so as to provide a new managing model for clinical teaching reform.
