Abstract:Standardized patient and multimedia technique were introduced into case discussion, so that the teaching of simulating diagnosis and treatment was established successfully, which is case - and problem - based emulating teaching and learning essentially. Simulating diagnosis and treatment could improve the students' capability of problem analysis and problem solving during clinical process, and showed good effect in the teaching of operative dentistry and endodontics.
