Abstract:[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the effect of case based learning(CBL) teaching model in changing postgraduate students’ attitude towards doctor-patient communication skills(DPCS) learning. Methods: CBL teaching model was applied to doctor-patient communication skills learning in postgraduate students from internal medicine department. Communication Skills Attitude Scales(CSAS) were filled in twice both before and after CBL. Results: There was no significant difference between the scores of positive attitude subscale before and after CBL(P>0.05), however, the scores of negative attitude subscale was significantly reduced after CBL(P<0.001). Conclusion:CBL teaching model had changed postgraduate students’ attitude towards DPCS learning.
