Abstract:The integration of production and education is an important breakthrough of application-oriented university in education reform.This article focus on the reform of national outstanding engineers education training plan and provincial brand specialty in the perspective of grand views of application,based on the practice of talent cultivation in university,and according to the demanding of engineering talent in the regional economic and social development.In the education reform,deepening the integration of production and education,we explore on curriculum reform and integration,reform of teaching methods,enterprise learning programs and its implementation.This paper provides reference for the reform of talent cultivation,especially for the cultivation of application-oriented university.
