Seedling Propagation Technology and Influence factors of Burmese grape

Abstract:The effect of cutting technology, grafting technology and seed treatment technology of on the living rate and rooting of Burmese grape were analyzed taking red and yellow Burmese grape germplasms as materials. This had great significance on the development and utilization of Burmese grape. The results showed that the living rate of cutting and grafting were high, about 80％～90％. The living rate of branch and bud graft had no significant difference, continuous fall rain decreased the living rate within one week.The rooting rate could reached 89.6％ under the 1 000 mg/L naphthalene acetic acid treatment for 1 h. The sprouting and rooting could be improved with no sarcocarp and higher water content of seeds.
