Abstract:Through PCR method，a fragment of AP1 homologue is separat ed from citrus gene library of DNA.This fragment is conserved with MADS-box gen es in other plants.The amino acid sequence deduced from the exons is 45%-73% hom ologous to that of the corresponding regions of MADS-box genes in other plants. This fragment is appeared at GenBank.Serial number is AF 2639911.
