Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of inosinic acid (IMP) on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of hen offspring aged 22~42 days. 480 healthy AA broilers with similar genetic background and weight were randomly divided into groupⅠ(basic di?et), group Ⅱ (basic diet + 0.2% inosine), group Ⅲ (basic diet + 0.5% inosine) and group Ⅳ (basic di?et + 1% inosine). The laying rate of broilers reached 50%, and the eggs were collected for hatching af?ter 2 weeks. 1 920 offspring chickens were randomly selected and divided into group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ according to the situation of adding inosine in the feed of broiler breeders. There were 6 replicates in each group, 80 in each replicate for 42 days. The results showed that: ①Inosinic acid supplementation had no significant effect on growth performance of 22~42-day-old off?spring (P>0.05); ② Inosinic acid supplementation had no significant effect on serum IgA, IgG and IgM of 22~42-day-old offspring (P>0.05). When IMP supplementation was 0.5% and 1%, the serum IL-2 content increased significantly (P<0.05). In conclusion, IMP supplementation in diet has no significant effect on the growth performance of offspring at later growth stage, and can significantly increase the content of IL-2.
