The Application of Protein Chip in Veterinary Drug Residue Detection

Abstract:The protein chip kit,ELISA kit and confirmatory methods were used to detect veterinary drug residues(enrofloxacin clenbuterol,streptomycin and sulfadimidine) in pig and chicken tissues.The results showed that the capabilities of the protein chip kit were equal to those of ELISA kit,The results obtained with protein chip kit were consistent with confirmatory and conventional methods.And the protein chip kit can detect more than one kind of veterinary drugs in a parallel way.The sample preparation method is also simpler and more quickly than others.
