Abstract:Effect of milk composition by milking frequency and milking time in automatic milking system is analyzed in this paper. 20 experimental cows with childbirth stage 10 ~ 300 days from Japanese Rakunogakun university affiliated farm milk once in 72 hours every two weeks. Every sample is 30ml. It is demonstrated that milk quantity increase with the increasing of milking frequency ( r = + 0.63 , P 0.01 ). The correlation coefficient ( r = + 0.25) of milking frequency and rate of dry measure in milk has little differences, but much differences with dry measure without fat (r = + 0.33, P 0.05), apparent negative correlativity with butterfat rate( r =-0.41 , P 0.05 ), apparent positive correlativity with milk sugar rate ( r = + 0.53 , P 0.01 ) and has no correlativity with milk protein rate( r = + 0.15). But in quadratic regression equation, it has apparent correlativity(r = 0.45 , P 0.01) between them. Milk protein rate attain the most when milking frequency is 3 ~4 every day. It has no correlativity (r = + 0.01~+ 0.11) between milking time and milk composition .By t examination, rate of dry measure in milk reaches the highest in the afternoon ( 12~18 o'clock), but lower in the morning ( 6~12 o'clock) and midnight ( 0~6 o'clock). Rate of dry measure without fat and milk protein rate is high at night ( 18-0 o'clock) but lower in the morning and midnight. Milk sugar rate is high at night and midnight but lower in the morning and afternoon. On the contrary, Butterfat rate is high in the morning and afternoon but lower at midnight.
