Observation of the Histology of the Digestive Tract of Silurus Meridionalis Larvae

Abstract:The histology of digestive tract of Silurus meridionalis larvae after hatching (from 1 to 43 days) was observed. The histological structural changes of some tissues or organs (mouth, oral and pharynx cavity, esphagus, stomach, foregut, hindgut) were described, the width and the height of mouth cleavage with the tota body length were compared, the relationship between the characteristics of the early development of digestive canal and feeding and the way of life was discussed in this research.
