The Joint Synergestic Inhibition of Tricyclazole Mixed Prochloraz on Mangnaporthe Grisea

Abstract:Among fungicide mixtures screened in vivo,the mixture of tricycla zo le and prochloraz (tricyclazole: prochloraz=4:1) was found the best control effe ct than others. The synergetic ration of the mixture was 2.28.The high control e ffect was shown to be due to the inhibition effects of spore formation and hypha l growth,and the EC50 value were 0.236μg·ml-1 and 0.346μg·ml-1.The prevent ive effect and creative effect of the mixture were 82.3%and 46.5%.The mixture combined the strongpoints of tricyclazole and prochloraze.The control effect of mixture could last as long as 7～10 days. This mixture also has control effect o n the wounded leave and the mixture possessed a good residual performance.
