Synthesis of the Human Β-Defensin-3 Gene and Its Clone

Abstract:According to the amino acid sequence of β-defensin-3,four pairs of oligoneucleotide with cosmic site were synthesized using yeasty biased codons.After linkage and PCR,the 156 bp coding region of β-defensin-3 was obtained and was inserted into pPIC9K which resulted in the recombinant expression vector pPIC9K-hBD-3.
