The Micro-structure Characteristics of Wheat Leaf with Middle Canopy Temperature

Abstract:The micro-structure characteristics of cold mid-type and warm mid-type wheat functional leaves were studied by the method of paraffin wax section. Here are the results: cold mid-type wheat is similar to cold type wheat and warm mid-type wheat is similar to warm type wheat in the thickness of functional leaves, the interval of veins and the rate of transverse area of vascular bundle and leaf transverse area. Cold mid-type wheat compared with warm mid-type wheat, there are smaller the thickness of leaves and the interval of veins ,and higher rate of transverse area of vascular bundle and leaf transverse area in cold mid-type wheat leaves.
