Field Efficacy Trail of Different Nematicides on Controlling Cucumber Root Knot Nematodes

Abstract:The field trial was carried out to study and compare control efficiency of ten nematicides(10% fosthiazate GR,48% chlorpyrifos EC,1.8% avermectins EC,15.5% ememectin benzoate·chlorpyrifos EC,5% carbosulfan GR,5% carbosulfan·chlorpyrifos GR,5% cadusafos GR,10 billion/g paecilomyces lilacinus,0.5% avermectins WP,15% Chinese herbal medicine WP) on cucumber root knot nematodes.The results showed that,the five nematicides,10% fosthiazate GR,5% carbosulfan·chlorpyrifos GR,5% cadusafos GR,10 billion/g paecilomyces lilacinus and 0.5% avermectins WP,showed good control effects on cucumber root knot nematodes after 45 days and 70 days of spraying the nematicides.And the five nematicides were lower toxic and more safety for vegetable products,and they could be used to control cucumber root knot nematodes in the future.
