Effects of Mieyaling on the Axillary Bud Suppression of Flue-cured Tobacco and the Yield and Quality of Tobacco Leaves

Abstract:[Objective] To research the effects of Mieyaling on the axillary bud suppression of flue-cured tobacco and the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.[Method] We researched the effects of different concentrations of Mieyaling and manual suckering on the upper leaf area,middle leaf area,bud suppression effect,yield and quality of tobacco leaves.[Result] Mieyaling had extremely significant inhibiting effects on axillary buds.Mieyaling treatments enhanced the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.[Conclusion] Treatment of Mieyaling diluted by 300 times has better effects than other treatments on promoting the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.
