Abstract:According to the features of the image of aluminum alloy weld pool, this article developed a valid algorithm of aluminum alloy weld pool image processing, which includes edge remaining filtering, fuzzy enhancement, edge detection by max-min operator, and edge thinning by projection. The algorithm, with characteristics of anti-jamming, accuracy and fast computing, provides a good background for the quality of aluminum alloy welding.
