Construction Method of Vehicle Test Service Platform Based on Cloud Manufacturing Model

Abstract:Cloud manufacturing model was introduced into the vehicle test area based on the latest cloud manufacturing concept ,aiming at all kinds of problems in building vehicle test bed ,such as redundant construction ,supply homogeneity ,poor adaptability to different types of specimens ,the lack of innovation and reliability ,the lack of effective use of expert knowledge ,the shortage of post-processing analysis for the test data and so on ,A novel approach for building the vehicle test service platform was proposed .The platform architecture and business processes were introduced . The physical infrastructure of platform network was raised . The technology system for the platform was planned . The implementation of the platform and the relationship between the main class diagrams were provided .This approach provides an effective means for the informationization and servicization of the vehicle test area . It also provides theoretical support for reduction of the redundant construction and improvement of the effective use of existed test resources and expert knowledge .
