Abstract:Cluster supply chain is a kind of supply chain coupling with the industrial cluster, and enterprises within this region, cooperating with others frequently, are in urgent need to promote the efficiency of business cooperation by means of system interoperation, which is now seriously impeded by the high heterogeneity of the data model and system among the enterprises. Under such circumstances, we study the requirements of enterprise interoperability for the cluster supply chain by analyzing the characteristics of cluster supply chain and the complex business relationships in it. A framework of enterprise interoperability for cluster supply chain is presented to give global description of the needs. After that, based on the framework, a three-step solution of enterprise interoperability is proposed, through realizing interoperability of each layer to support the business collaboration among the enterprises. In our solution, semantic mapping based on mixed ontologies is utilized to resolve the syntax and semantic differences, and Web service is employed to ensure interoperability and manageability. Due to the high flexibility and sematic enhancement of the service, the dynamic inter-enterprise business process is satisfied by the combination of services. Finally, a SOA-based platform is developed in accord with the proposed solution and the experimental results prove its practicability and effectiveness.

Abstract:Information sharing is the base of enhancing management performance of supply chain, though it makes enterprise facing all kinds of risks, such as cost increasing, relation entangled and disclosing the secrets etc.. This article indicated that information sharing is limited in supply chain, and the investment on its establishment is boundary based on a game model. The author also indicated that enterprises must control the information sharing from the following aspects, such as the extent, content and range etc.. Only do this, can enterprises obtain the maximum benefits from information sharing. In the light of the thoughts, the authors then constructed an integrated frame of information sharing. In this frame, enterprises must consider about the needs of strategic development and economic cost restraint comprehensively to ensure the extent, content and range of information sharing, and then realize the information sharing from technical level. So that the establishment of information sharing becomes a coordinated planning and orderly interact system engineering from the levels of strategy, tactics and technology.

Abstract:In practice of SCM, information sharing not only can help promote mutual trust among cooperative enterprises, but also accelerate response rate of whole supply chain to market change. Started with obstacles of information sharing between supply chain alliance enterprises, this paper discusses objective constraint condition for realization of information sharing firstly, and then, constructs a Integrated Share Environment (ISE) comparing to the ideas of Integrated Develop Environment (IDE). Finally, an integrated Sharing information System between alliance enterprises of supply chain is supposed to be formed for integrating information systems of all the alliance companies and sharing information resource inside and outside of enterprises and having an effect to resolve the problem of information share between supply chain alliance enterprises thereby.

Abstract:Supply chain interactions are complex in general and can be viewed as a networked enterprise. In this paper, we address information system interoperability for exploring and analysing the interoperation problem in heterogeneous networked enterprise systems. We propose a common shared ontology-based framework for networked enterprise interoperability for the context of information flows in supply chain interactions. A supply chain ontology, supply chain operations reference SCOR ontology, is developed based on the SCOR model. Subsequently, by formalising the similar concepts of SCOR ontology and product ontology, ONTO-PDM, using description logic, we propose a product-centric supply chain ontology framework for facilitating the interoperation between all enterprise applications involved in an extended supply chain. A case study of a supply chain make-to-order process is used to demonstrate the feasibility of the approach.

Abstract:With the increasing competition in the market,the competition among enterprises becomes the competition(among) supply chains.Supply chain demands unified planning system,in order to dock each enterprise,plan,trace and control all the production process.As the indetermination of customer demand,the need of customization and the emerging role of information technology,the tradition supply chain planning system can't satisfy the demand of competition.This paper first reviewed the tradition planning system,MRP planning system and the supply chain planning system.Then it puts(forward) the Supply Chain Planning System Oriented to Customer Service.In the new planning system,a planning platform is(constructed,) which is shared by customers,suppliers,manufacturers and retailers.The platform can deal orders,make plans and optimize them in supply chain lever and enterprise lever.In the new system,supply chain members can face(terminal) customers directly.Members are equal in collaborative relationship.The customer's demand can be fulfilled in highest degree,and the efficiency of supply chain can be increased.

Abstract:With the development of economy and technology, the competition among the supplychains becomes more and more intensive and will be the primary competition in the 21stCentury. Fast and dynamic recombining of agile supply chain and sharing informationamong enterprises require that the supply chain system has the distributing andheterogeneous characteristics. The paper designs a common market-driving supplychain integrated architecture based on the ideology of agency adopting the technology ofWEB and CORBA, and completes the design of eight agents. Branch enterprise can joinin and exit the supply chain system after they encapsulate their legacy system accordingto the CORBA criterion based on the modeling oriented object and produced the adapter.

Abstract:In supply chain, it is essential for the partners to develop a collaborative relationship. Unfortunately there is no quantitative principle for the construction of such relationship yet. Thus, enterprise collaborative system (ECS) is proposed to study such questions. We suggest that ECS should be studied from four levels: collaboration mechanism, management mode, operation pattern and support system. The research architecture is presented.
