A Remote Command PIotting Method

Abstract:In the process of rescue and disaster relief in areas like mountain woodlands,in the communication process between rear command post and frontline action unit,voice and text communi-cation is easy to cause deviation of understanding,delay the rescue operation,and even bring irrevers-ible consequences.To solve this issue,the paper studies on rescue and disaster relief command meth-od based on remote plotting:the command crew draws accurate action instruction on command plat-form and the operational staff carry out the rescue based on the action instructions synchronously dis-played at action side.Therefore,through using hand plotting method based on characteristics of blurred shape model (BSM),multi-client communication mechanism and three dimensional display technology,a prototype system has been established.The experimental result shows that,this meth-od can effectively solve the issues of the remote command.
