Abstract:Based on the analysis of the axial magnetic field of the thre esection differential displacement inductance transducer and its nonlinearity, a new type differential inductance trans ducer is described in this paper. Practical tests have proved that this transducer has higher sensitivity, wider linearity range than traditional ones of the same size. At the same time it has simple structure and techniques which can be put in batch producti on.
