Abstract:In the current era of information and network society, the ecology for social governance has the feature of complexity. So the innovations of social governance from thinking paradigm to management mode and mechanism are needed. In this paper, from the perspective of cooperative governance of multi-agents, the key problems and possible research paths on different levels are discussed respectively, including the design and transformation of macro-system, the behavior and interaction of multi-agents on the micro-level, as well as the organization and patterns of multiagent cooperative governance in community management. The deep understanding of the behavior of multi-agents should be got from the analysis of big data. It is the basis to construct the new organization and mode for social governance. On the macroscopic level, positive feedback to promote social organization is the key to creating the new mode and system. Meanwhile, on the community level, negative feedback is needed for the stabalization and adaptive operation of the new social governance system. The information communication and interaction among the agents should be addressed. The mechanism for interaction, cooperation and decision-making should be constructed based on the information and networks techonology and meta-synthesis methodology.
