Abstract:Aiming at the structure and characteristics of the marine intermediate bearing, a finite element model of the intermediate bearing is built and simulated by using the ANSYS software. The functional relationship between stress and strain of marine intermediate bearing is calculated. The load of intermediate bearing is identified according to the functional relationship. The proposed method is easy, convenient, and practicable. It can be severed as an important approach to identify the load of the intermediate bearing.
