New research progress of electromagnetic shielding and absorbing composites based on graphene

Abstract:The traditional absorbing material is limited in application development,due to its large density,weak absorption strength and narrow absorption band.Graphene,as the allotrope of the carbon family,has a zero-band-gap structure with excellent electrical properties.Therefore graphene,as a dielectric loss type with ab-sorbing mechanism,is combined with magnetic loss type composite material.The enhancement of wave absorb-ing properties of the absorber is achieved by the synergy of the two,which makes the current absorbing materi-als meet the performance requirements of"light,thin,wide and strong".In this paper,the preparation of gra-phene based absorbing composites,absorbing mechanism and absorbing properties were introduced,and the fu-ture development of graphene based absorbing composites was prospected.
