Abstract:Aiming at the safety foundation situation and its deep-seated problems in Taiyuan Coal Gasification Group, based on the general requirements of safety development and transformation development of coal enterprises, the paper introduces seven safety systems, consisting of safety regulations, safety responsibility, safety technology management, safety risk pre-control, safety education and training, safety rewards and punishment, and safety culture. The systems tried to increase the safety production level and realize the safety development of the enterprise.
