Abstract:Based on theoretical analysis and electrochemical measurement techniques, the effect of temperature on electrochemical corrosion behavior of S135 drill steel with disbonded coating in 3.5% KCl solution was studied. The results indicated that the open circuit potential of drill steel with disbonded coating shifted towards negative direction with the increase of temperature;the thermodynamic state of the material significantly changed in the range of 40-65 ℃ and the overall reaction was mainly controlled by the anodic reaction, with the increase of temperature, the reaction rate increased firstly and decreased sequently, reached a maximum at 65 ℃.The temperature mainly influenced the ionic charge transfer reaction processes and thus influenced the corrosion rate.
