Abstract:The urban drainage system is complex. Flux and water lever of the system are affected by the people behaviors, rain and some other unpredicted factors such as channel leakage. But Sewage overflow may happen with improper control policy. And the system has the potential of saving power So a design of sewage pumping station fuzzy controller based on improved genetic algorithms is proposed And the mathematical model based on energy and network pollution minimizing is presented Improved genetic algorithms acquire the fuzzy rules of the fuzzy controller and optimize parameters. The design of fuzzy controller has been proved to have good robust with simulating calculation. Combining of the method proposed in this article with VVVF is more advanced than the traditional method with constant rate. Water level can keep unvarying at aimed water level and achieve that flux in equal flux out. It could achieve the double-optimal control goal of energy and pollution minimizing. Through simulating experiment, the system has good applied value.

Abstract:Wastewater treatment is a complex biochemical reaction with strong nonlinearity,coupling and uncertainty.In this paper,a fuzzy adaptive generalized predictive control(GPC) is proposed for wastewater treatment benchmark based on the activated sludge model No.1(ASM1).The predictive model (is obtained) by using fuzzy adaptive identification,which can improve the accuracy of the model.The(results) of simulation demonstrate that the proposed control strategy can effectively ensure effluent water quality.

Abstract:To the liguid level control problem in process industry,and the operation of liquid level equipment,a liquid level control system based on fuzzy rules is designed to overcome the shortcomings of regular control methods.This design adopts fuzzy control method with feedforward compensation to eliminate the influence of the measurable disturbances on the liquid level.The strategy avoids online optimization and improves the system robustness.Practical industry application shows that the control system yields fairly good results.

Abstract:The application of direct adaptive fuzzy H∞ control was proposed to keep water-level around the expected value aiming at water-level over-fluctuation and high energy consumption problems caused by the nonlinear,uncertain inflow and time-delay in sewer network.The direct adaptive fuzzy controller was composed of the H∞ robust and the fuzzy controllers.The H∞ robust controller was to reduce the external disturbances' influence.Suitable member functions modified the fuzzy controller's output by the adaptive control law.The Lyapunov theory proved the system is stable and convergent.The simulation results under the conditions of flood peak and diverse water levels show that the method can improve anti-interference performance and fast target tracking capability in the sewage pumping station control system.

Abstract:The existing control theory is divided into two parts in this paper, i.e. precise control theory and fuzzy control theory. After investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the precise control and fuzzy control respectively, the so-called fuzzy-precise combined control strategy is proposed from the view of practical application in the paper. This new strategy will bring maximum control benefits with minimum design efforts. As the application background, the fuzzy-precise combined control strategy has applied into four full scale paper machine control systems, and all of them got good control results.

Abstract:China is one of the countries with severe water shortage. Water resource per capita is one quarter of the world average. China's river systems are subject to different degrees of pollution. Waste water is generated in the control design water pH monitoring and acid-base neutralization process. The paper is mainly developed to introduce fuzzy adaptive PID control into S7-300PLC and establish a closed loop PID control system. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control system mentioned in this paper is much better than the conventional PID control system. The study solves key technical problems in the wastewater treatment process so as to create economic benefits.

Abstract:Coal is a non-renewable fossil energy source on which humanity relies heavily, and producing one ton of raw coal requires the discharge of 2–7 tons of mine water from the ground. The huge drainage task increases the cost of coal mining in coal mines significantly, so saving the drainage cost while guaranteeing the safe production of coal mines is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. Most of the fuzzy controllers used in the traditional dynamic planning methods applied to mine drainage are two-dimensional fuzzy controllers with limited control effect, so the traditional two-dimensional fuzzy controllers are improved by introducing the rate of change of gushing water to form a three-dimensional fuzzy controller with three-dimensional control of instantaneous section—water level—rate of change of gushing water, and at the same time, the optimized dynamic planning method is designed by combining the Avoiding Peak Filling Valley strategy and the optimal dy-namic planning method is used in conjunction with the un-optimized dynamic planning method. The optimized dynamic planning method is applied to the same coal mine water silo gushing water experiments; experimental comparison found that the pumping station system before the optimi-zation of the electricity consumed is 52,586 yuan/day, while after the optimization of the electricity consumed is reduced to 41,692 yuan/day, the cost per day consumed compared with the previous reduction of 20.69%, a year can be saved 3,969,730 yuan. Therefore, the mine water bin drainage method based on fuzzy control and Avoiding Peak Filling Valley strategy proposed in this paper can be used as an improvement method of the existing mine drainage method, which can further ex-pand the economic benefits of coal mines and realize safe production while realizing cost savings.

Abstract:Acid mine drainage has seriously endangered the environment for human survival.In this paper,an automatic control system based on mud acid wastewater treatment is designed.The system not only realizes the automatic control of calcium carbide milk,flocculant addition,waste water flow,etc..At the same time,the neutralization reaction mixing system is adopted to improve the accuracy of the control system.According to the experimental test results show that the design of the control system of acid wastewater treatment in a mining area can reach the international level emission standard,but also directly reduce the operating costs.

With soil moisture error and ratio of error change as inputs, length of irrigation time as output, the system gets crop’s length of irrigation time via fuzzification, fuzzy inference and fuzzy decision. The results show that the system can irrigate at proper time and adequate quantity, and effectively fulfills water-saving irrigation.

Abstract:Along with development of energy conservation and emission reduction policy in our country,the operation capacity of coal-fired power plant desulfurization set has already accounted for about half of the domestic coal-fired units.The phenomenon on vacuum conveyance machine wandering of 4×300MW units desulfurization sets of Jingyuan Second Power Co.Ltd caused serious consequences,such as vacuum conveyance machine parking or filtration fabric tearing,which has influence on normal operation of flue gas desulfurization system.Through the application of the advanced fuzzy control theory on fabric corrective control and the corresponding alteration about control hardware,it has successfully resolved the problem of Jingyuan Second Power Co.Ltd wet flue gas desulphurization vacuum conveyance machine filtration fabric rectification control.Meanwhile,it provided experience to coal-fired power plant wet flue gas desulfurization vacuum conveyance machine filtration fabric and other industries similar correcting controlling process.

Abstract:For the reason of more complex ventilation, system and more ventilation parameters needed in the coal mine, the standard mathematical model of ventilation system is hard to be set up. At the same time, the common practice cannot obtain the satisfactory effect. This paper put forward a remote monitoring system of coal mine ventilation based on a fuzzy control to realize the real-time monitoring of mine ventilation systems. The remote automatic control program of ventilator will be realized by Siemens modules and configuration softwares. The results show that the fuzzy automatic control system is useful, with. the characteristic of safe, reliable and easy-operating. It provides a reliable guarantee for safe production of coal mines and the efficient operations of the fan.

Abstract:This study aims to propose a multi-point integrated real-time control method based on discrete dynamic water level variations, which can be realized only based on the programmable logic controller (PLC) system without using a complex mathematical model. A discretized water level control model was developed to conduct the real-time control based on data-automation. It combines the upstream pumping stations and the downstream influent pumping systems of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The discretized water level control method can regulate dynamic wastewater pumping flow of pumps following the dynamic water level variation in the sewer system. This control method has been successfully applied in practical integrated operations of sewer-WWTP following the sensitive flow disturbances of the sewer system. The operational results showed that the control method could provide a more stabilized regulate pumping flow for treatment process; it can also reduce the occurrence risk of combined sewer overflow (CSO) during heavy rainfall events by increasing transport capacity of pumping station and influent flow in WWTP, which takes full advantage of storage space in the sewer system.
