Abstract:Determination of production process in manufacturing process planning and environmental friendship of a whole manufacturing process is one of the keys to the success of sustainable development strategy of enterprise. In this paper, a production process determining methodology integrated single new production processes, selected production process, batch production process et al three levels within the enterprises is developed aiming at the assessment and optimization problem of component manufacturing process in terms of sustainable development, which based on the prior completed research work. In the first level of this system methodology, a decision-making model for new production processes based on the Genetic Simulated Annealing algorithm (GSAA) is established; In the second level of this system methodology, a methodology based on IPO model integrating the assessment of resource consumption and environment impact in terms of the material balance principle for the batch production process is developed. In the third level of this system methodology, based on the above first and second level of this system completed, a selected production process determining method that focuses on sustainable manufacturing was developed based on case-based reasoning, expert systems, and feature technology for designing the process flow of a new component; Each of the above three levels ,production processes in such a manner as to identify,quantify,assess,and optimize concerning production processes, energy and materials flows (inputs and outputs) and environmental parameters with the goal of reducing and ultimately minimizing environmental impact while also trying to maximize resource efficiency. The feasibility and practicability of the method is verified by a case study of a whole production process flow design for the above three level.
