Abstract:The logistics control system based on PLC and fieldbus technology is designed according to the logistic device.The conveyor belt speed of logistic devices is controlled by the inverter.The close-loop accurate position control of the mechanic-hand is achieved by use of the high-speed counter.The shortcomings of open-loop control for stepping motor are overcome.The host control system based on visual basic is developed.The detailed information about the programming methods for the PLC and host computer are given.

Abstract:PLC control system has been widely applied in industrial control for its excellent performance and high reliability,particularly in the sequential control process. Building steps of S7-300 PLC and programming/debugging process of software STEP7 were introduced with the project background of a large hydraulic equipment. Abstract:PLC (programmable logic controller) is one type of general industrial control platforms with high reliability. Based on the PLC of SIMENS SIMATIC S7-200 series, this paper introduces a control scheme of the manipulator transportation control system. The hardware design and PLC programs are given in details. In addition, the configuration simulation of the control system is performed by the application of King view software. This system, with advantages of high reliability, simple connection and low power consumption, can be widely used in teaching practice and industrial applications.

Abstract:With the rapid development of social science and technology nowadays, the requirements for the design of automated logistics system are becoming higher and higher in the production line of all kinds of material transportation. According to the operation characteristics and control requirements of logistics production line, this paper designs the design and control scheme of automatic logistics system based on PLC. On this basis, the control system of the shuttle truck is designed, and the program solution under the automatic operation mode is given. Automated warehouse is a combination of automation technology and logistics and warehousing. The design of the interface connection with the roller conveyor of the robot and the stacker is completed, and the specific principle description of the system operation is given, aiming at improving the reliability and self-control precision of the device, thereby improving the working efficiency of the whole system. The practical application shows that the PLC control system is safe, reliable, stable and efficient.

Abstract:A pneumatic control system for differential- pressure casting equipment has been designed by analyzing structure of pneumatic control system. According to mentioned results, the Mitsubishi FX3U PLC was adopted to realize the automation of pneumatic control system, and the control system scheme was described. Meanwhile, according to the requirements and characteristics of pneumatic control system, the attribution of PLC's I/O was confirmed, and the ladder diagram was designed. The main body of the PLC program utilizes stepping instruction to control every processing stages, evidently improving the system stability.

Abstract:To improve the automatization and strengthen the competitive of the domestic enterprises who produce the clutch for washing ma-chine, an automation system for pressing shaft assembly of washing machine is designed based on PLC&HMI, and multisensor fusion sys-tem. The positioner is introduced because that the integrated fixture is proposed to contain all elements of the shaft assembly. The pressure transducer and displacement transducer are adopted to monitor the pressure process. With regard to every element, different feeding mecha-nism is designed and the storing can keep 40 minutes according to the designed pitch time. Through the friendly man-machine interaction in-terface, the system can run in two modes:manual operation, automatic operation and the pitch time can keep in 9 seconds. Finally, the mod-el machine validates the usefulness of the system and it has been employed in the production field.

Abstract:Abstract With the development of science and technology, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence and other new technologies have been applied in all aspects of life. The traditional manual tracking and processing production process has many defects. The application of computer technology to the production line to realize automatic production has the characteristics of high efficiency and integration. This paper studies the PLC control system of pneumatic robot automatic assembly line based on cloud computing platform system. In the research, we use PCL system to scan the data of automatic assembly of pneumatic manipulator processed by cloud computing platform, and write the program into the memory of PCL. At the same time, we connect the field input signal and the controlled actuator to the input end of the input module and the output end of the output module. The user can realize the automatic assembly by running the program. Compared with the number of Pneumatic Manipulators produced by manual production line, the system in this paper has high efficiency and superior performance. Thus, the PLC control system of pneumatic manipulator automatic assembly line based on cloud computing platform can improve the production efficiency.
