Abstract:This system uses OSG rendering to create lifelike scene,and solves the problem of collision by the hybrid collision detection method based on uniform network method and OBB algorithm,and realize people coordinated maintenance and detecting operation using cooperative network communication to. The virtual maintenance training of a certain kind of crane control platform proves the system can adapt to set up corresponding virtual maintenance training systems easily. Operation and scene changes are real-time and synchronization in the process of training. The result shows that the system can improve the maintenance ability of the operator effectively.
