Abstract:Data warehousing can simultaneously serve multiple information systems of power companies,to ensure timely update the conditions of network operation and network asset,and can ensure for all the systems to synchronize access the latest information.Only on the basis of the correct information the appropriate decisions(usually the decision is automatic)could be made,massive,high-precision and synchronization of data is the necessary basis for intelligent distribution network management.This article outlines the role of data warehousing,the benefits of data warehousing and the structure of data warehousing.Understanding European distribution network development of intelligent data warehousing technology,it helps to understand the relevant technology status and future directions.
