Abstract:In this paper, a multi-node data acquisition and analysis system for the development of AT ECU (electronic control unit)is designed. The system acquires data from each node on the bus and sends the data to PC through CAN card, while designing data display, storage and analysis system on PC through LabVIEW8.6 platform in order to monitor control signals and state parameters of the automatic transmission in real-time. This system can improve the efficiency of data processing and shorten the development cycle for ECU by analyzing the data acquired. © 2011 IEEE.

Abstract:To rapidly acquire photocurrents of 6×6 photodiode arrays on scintillation layer of integrated chip which are excited by pulsed X-ray in X-ray senor,a multi-channel weak current rapid acquisition system is proposed.The system consists of low leak current multiplexer,high accuracy current mirror and microcontroller.It reads weak current values of the 36 channels sequentially under the control of microcontroller,and the data are sent to PC for display after A/D conversion.The experimental results show the system has the accuracy of 1 nA,meeting the requirement of rapid acquisition of multi-channel weak current for X-ray sensor.

Abstract:With mscomm serial control technique in Windows XP under Visual C++6.0,a multichannel data circulatory real time acqui-sition system is developed.In the system,Personal computer and ADLINK intelligent data acquisition modules of ND-6017 and ND-6520 are the key hardware.Communication between supervisory controller and low-level controller is achieved.The system not only has the ability to deal with single channel data acquisition,display and storage but also can deal with twin-channel,four-channel and eight-channel data circulatory acquisition and separate storage.Moreover,redundancy design is made for twin-channel and four-channel data circulatory acquisition.

Abstract:A portable nuclear spectrometry system is of low power consumption,small size and low cost,and so is the MCA(multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer).In this paper,we report a core controller of an MCA,which uses an on-chip system chip C8051F340 microprocessor.Results of the performance test,with the detection circuit,are given.C8051F340 is of high performance,and high performance MCA for a portable nuclear spectrometry system can be achieved by combining a C8051F340 with corresponding peripheral circuits and signal conditioning circuits.

Abstract:To meet the need of rapid、distant、serial transmission and real-time storage for the received data,develop a multi-channel data acquisition system based on FPGA and UART Interface.Using FPGA we realize data acquisition module、selecting the channel of Analog Signal and parallel-to-serial converter with ?Digital Signal,and so on;And using RS-422 Interface realize long distance and serial transmission for Digital Signal.The function simulation results and actual measurement prove the correctness of the design.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of the microdose detector data acquisition system, Design of a high-speed multi-channel data acquisition system based on FPGA, with low power consumption, high speed, high accuracy and multi-channel synchronous data acquisition. Using ADC9225 as a multi-channel analog-to-digital converter, with low power consumption, low cost, real-time data acquisition, interactive control of the upper computer and other features. The test results show that the system can be used for the processing of microdose detector output signals, can analyze the physical mechanism that causes the detector output signal distortion, and can correct the uncertainty of the spectral data due to pulse accumulation, system noise, signal crosstalk, and inter-channel parameter differences.

Abstract:Data acquisition system is an indispensable part in the field of signal processing technology, playing an important role in modern industrial development. Data acquisition system has been developed for a long time. Nowadays, the computers and microprocessors are becoming more and more powerful, so as the data acquisition systems. However, there still exist some disadvantages in the current data acquisition systems, such as high cost, low accuracy, and difficulty to transplant and so on. In this paper, an integrated data acquisition system is designed based on ADUC848, mainly used in an intelligent monitoring device for industrial field. It has 8 differential signal input, each of which has an input range of 0-5V and 16-bits precision. The system communicates with the upper system via RS485. This system will be used in acid regeneration environmental monitoring device of Baosteel for data acquisition.

Abstract:This paper describes a data acquisition and display system based on LabVIEW platform and AT89S51 Microcontroller, which communicate with each other via RS232 interface, using user-defined communication protocol to ensure communication efficiency and stability. The system adopts MAX197 A/D converter, which acquires 0～+ 10V voltage signals through 6 analog input channels with 12-bit resolution. And the MCU is programmed with Assembly Language. LabVIEW carries out the management tasks, including the data acquisition control, Serial Port Communication control, display and storage of available data. The system, which has low cost and good performance, has been tested and reflects easy operation, good stability and reliability.

Abstract:In view of practical requirements of weapon system on high reliability of environmental temperature,the authors have designed a system for data acquisition,data process and data transmission of 11-route temperature,by employing a MCS-51 micro-controller and a host computer.The host computer writes down historical data and offers special-purpose process to the correct exceptional data.Easy operation and strong practicability enable the system applicable to a variety of temperature-data acquisition,and as a part of a weapon system for data acquisition.

Abstract:FPGA has been widely used in data acquisition and processing in modern industrial production and scientific research due to its integration of VLSI and programmable devices.In this paper, a multi-channel data acquisition system based on FPGA is designed to meet the requirements of data acquisition in aircraft power supply inspection.The designed system realizes the conversion from FPGA local bus to PCI bus through PCI9054 bridge chip, and then completes the connection and communication between the data acquisition system and the upper motherboard through PCI bus.The system debugging results show that the designed system can realize the data acquisition and processing function.

Abstract:A digital data-acquisition system based on XIA LLC products was used in a complex nuclear reaction experiment using radioactive ion beams. A flexible trigger system based on a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) parametrization was developed to adapt to different experimental sizes. A user-friendly interface was implemented, which allows converting script language expressions into FPGA internal control parameters. The proposed digital system can be combined with a conventional analog data acquisition system to provide more flexibility. The performance of the combined system was verified using experimental data.

Abstract:Multichannel high-speed Synchronous acquisition for real-time signals has been developed in modern science. The design architecture proposed this paper consists of three components: sampling board, top module and upper monitor. FPGA as controller is used in the sampling board and top module, with adopting distributed control strategy for multi-FPGA. Double-layer transmission protocol designed this paper is constructed for data transmission among sampling board and top module. DDR2 as storage is equipped with in top module, and USB 3.0 is applied for data transmission between DDR2 and upper monitor. This architecture makes the DAS has high time and space accuracy and is helpful for arc plasma analysis applied in experiments. A detailed description of the experiment result is presented in this paper.

Abstract:In this paper the construction and performance of an intelligent environmental neutron and gamma monitoring system are described.The neutron monitor has high sensitivity, light weight and small size. A charge pump circuit is adopted for I-F converter of the gamma monitor. Local data acquisitor consists of CMOS single piece processor with high speed and low power dissipation. A FLEX microcomputer is used as remote centre computer for data handling and graph plotting. The system has been operating contionuously for more than one year with high stability and reliability.

Abstract:As an important part of signal processing,the data acquisition system realizes acquisition,storage and recovery of analog signals. In this paper,the LM3S9B96 main controller adopting Cortex-M3 core is used to build a data acquisition card with dual-channel data acquisition function. For the purpose of fast efficient data transmission,the universal serial bus(USB) technology is used to fulfill data transmission from the acquisition card to the host computer. LabVIEW development platform integrating data processing,waveform display and waveform analysis is chosen to process signals in the host computer,thus meeting the design requirements in every respect.

Abstract:Catering to demands emerging from industry,academia and education,a portable PC-based USB-port multi-mode multi-channel A/D data acquisition system is designed and produced.AD conversion unit,controller unit and buffer unit are integrated to an external box to realize reliable high-speed sampling.Real-time and non-real-time software comprise a set of virtual instrument to work with the hardware.Extensibility and reusability are well provided by a multi-layer structure.Sampling frequency range of the system is 80~500,000Hz,which realizes frequency-measurement,periodically multiplied sampling and non-periodic sampling.This system is good at performing in-field industrial rotator dynamic balancing operation,which has been verified via rotator dynamic balancing experiments.
