Abstract:The paper analyses advantages of linear ultrasonic motor.A research review of all kinds of linear ultrasonic motor,including domestic and abroad,is summarized and the paper lists some typical patterns and their principle.Some key problems in the recent research of linear ultrasonic motor are concluded.
