Abstract:In this paper, the study area is located at the border of North China Craton and the northern edge of South China (112°E ~ l19°E,29° N ~ 33° N),mainly comprising the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt, the southern margin of Subei Basin,Jianghan Basin and part of Yangtze Craton.Based on the continuous seismic waveform records of totally 60 mobile seismic stations installed by Peking University and Nanjing University since 2014,we obtained empirical Green's function with ambient noise cross-correlation method, and extracted the dispersion curve of Rayleigh wave phase velocity. We firstly used linear superposition and S-transform method to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of cross-correlation function. Then,FTAN method and a spectral method were used to extract Rayleigh wave phase velocity dispersion information respectively. To control the quality of dispersion curve,we also used a KNN (k-nearest neighbor) algorithm based on machine learning to recognize and filter bad dispersion curves automatically. Finally,we did tomography and got Rayleigh wave phase velocity map with period ranging fron 8 s to 35 s.The result shows that:(1) The dispersion curves obtained by the spectrum method are consistent with those obtained by FTAN method, and the spectrum method performs better in small region as it overcomes the 3 wavelength constraints.(2) 8 s period phase velocity map shows that the sedimentary center of Jianghan Basin is located within the range of 30° ~ 30.5°,and shows a NW trending.(3) 12 ~14 s phase velocity anomalies in Jianghan Basin imply that its base is about 15km deep, which shows a good consistence with its seismic activities.(4) Positive velocity anomalies of Jianghan Baisn for 20 s indicate that it has a shallower Moho, while southern margin of Subei Basin and Huangshan area may have deeper Moho.(5) Negative velocity anomalies from 8s to 35s in Subei Basin indicate it may have a thick sediment a deep Moho.
