Abstract:Threshold secret sharing is the foundation of implementing threshold cryptosystem. This paper introduces and analyzes existing threshold secret sharing. The theoretical background of secret sharing is described. Based on the introduction, a recursive-algorithm based secret sharing scheme is proposed. Then the performance analysis of the scheme is conducted. It shows that this scheme is characterized by excellent security as well as high efficiency.
