A Scalable Approach on Collecting Web User Behavior Log

Abstract:How to get user behavior log on the web is one of the important issues of personalized service research. In view of the current methods’ bad scalability and portability, this paper study and design a scalable approach on collecting web user behavior log based on the"proxy server"strategy. The proposed method only need to set the configuration files for log collection instead of modifying original code, to solve the extensibility and portability problems for user behavior log collecting.
