Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of measurement and control system based on CAN bus in modern greenhouse. The sensors, the hardware control structure and the design, function and module structure of the monitoring software of the system are described in detail. The introduction of CAN bus can improve the reliability and real-time of the system. And the test shows the measurement and control system can better achieve the automatic control and real-time data acquisition. It also realizes the intelligent and scientific management in the modern greenhouse.

Abstract:Because the greenhouse control systems designed in the past are not adaptable in practice, a new greenhouse control system based on RS485 bus is realized in this paper. A new smart sensor block is developed in the system to acquire field environment factor, which can reduce complex routing and increase reliability of the whole system. The model of solar greenhouse is introduced and fuzzy control is adopted in control unit. Besides, a friendly human-computer interface is developed by LabVIEW. Abstract:Based on the reality of compressed roast house built together at present, the node of tobacco leaf roasting savory temperature humidity control based on CAN bus was designed. Using bus technology, it can convey data between node and top machine, control center can monitor every node in time. In connection with different require of temperature and humidity of five roast period during tobacco leaf roasting, CAN node use Fuzzy_PID technology, decrease difference in temperature between roast house top and bottom, achieve fundamental leveling of temperature through adjusting rotate speed of axle flow draught fan, the node can achieve heating up and steadying temperature through controlling oxygen quantity of coal burning by adjusting rotate speed of oxygen fan, the node can keep humidity smooth in roast house by controlling quantity of air entering roast house.

Abstract:An intelligent control system for greenhouse was realized based on CAN field bus communication in this paper.Fuzzy decoupling technology was applied to decouple the temperature and humidity control loops.A tidy expert controller was embedded to compensation interactions of other environmental factors and implement varied flexible expert control strategies under complex conditions.The performance curves of heating and venting on site show that the intelligent control system designed is reliable with high precision and stable communication and can good meet the requirements of greenhouse production control.

Abstract:In view of the limitations which the traditional manual collection is time-consuming and cable monitoring is complicated arrangement and difficult maintenance,a design scheme of intelligent greenhouse monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is proposed and implemented,which combines sensors and ZigBee wireless network technology.The system uses ZigBee technology to realize the wireless transceiver of collection data and information,transmits the data and control information to the Internet by using the common gateway interface CGI,the operator from the remote PC machine can view real-time data,to implement control,thus to realize a true meaning of the remote monitoring.

Abstract:A scheme of building automation system based on CAN bus was proposed,which included hardware and software design of main control modules,CAN modules,communication modules. According to the CAN protocol standard,an application layer protocol for the signal acquisition was set up,which contained the definition of extended frame format with 29 Bytes of ID with four different functions and the design of the data format. With this protocol,the speed and the reliability of transmission were improved.

Abstract:According to the demands of the greenhouse crops for environment,the integrative measures and controls of the greenhouse environmental factors is realized.Making use of the CAN-bus control system in the experimental greenhouse,the interface circuits of the CAN-bus,signal gathering circuits and control system of the growth factors at root level are designed.Based on adaptive control variable algorithm,dynamic matrix control is introduced to nutritive medium control system.The nutritive medium control software is combined with CAN-bus control system which works very well in practice.

Abstract:A kind of measurement and control system for greenhouse microclimate based on CANopen protocol is designed.The system consists of an upper monitoring master,a lower data acquisition slave and a lower control output slave.Furthermore,an application program and the man-machine interface are developed by VB language. Test results show that the system can achieve the functions of acquisition,processing,display,storage, logic algorithm and output control for environmental factors.At the same time,the start and stop of the equipments of greenhouse can be controlled reliably.This system can automatically measure and control the temperature, illumination,humidity,air,fertilizer and other environmental factors in greenhouse,which improves the automation level for greenhouse microclimate control.

Abstract:CAN-bus is a typical bus control technology, and is now widely applied in many areas.In view of the characteristics of the electric vehicle body, this paper puts forward a plan that applies CAN-bus technology to build electric vehicle body network. In terms of the electric vehicle body system, it needs to resolve several issues: One is to simplify electronic wiring harness as far as possible, and the other is to ensure the normal data communications. In this article, the body electrical is divided into different nodes in accordance with the principles of proximity, each node controls a certain area of electrical equipment, and at the same time, communicates with other nodes through CAN bus. CAN bus used SAE1939 agreement and defined message through this agreement. Each body node of the circuit includes main circuit board and extended board. The main circuit can achieve the requirements of data communications; the extended board can achieve the expansion of body electrical. The circuits are divided into several modules in application with circuit modular design approach. Every module was respectively developed by embedded software system through some software development tools, at the same time, tested the entire body CAN network communications systems. After the test, the entire body of communications network can meet the requirements.

It improves the use efficiency of system, decreases the length of cable, the cubage and weight of the equipment and makes the test and maintenance convenient and fast. Abstract:Greenhouse has been widely used as a branch of the agricultural facilities in recent years.In order to reduce the manual labors and improve the level of greenhouse automation,this paper puts forward a new intelligent greenhouse control system based on GPRS and Zigbee wireless network.The system not only can complete real-time data acquisition of several greenhouses but also can realize the remote cluster control of the shutter,ventilator and sprinkler irrigation,which improves the production efficiency effectively.It uses MCU as the core and to combine with sensor,Zigbee,GPRS and other external auxiliary circuits to complete the data collection,transmission,motor control and so on.PC management platform provides a friendly interactive interface for data display and commands transmission.

Abstract:The central processor is 16-bit ARM71DMI kernel-based RISC MCU which applies separated address and data bus,while CAN controller has multiplex address and data bus through the address locking signal ALE.The voltage level of ARM is 3.3 V while the CAN controller is 5 V.In order to carry out transparent link,a programmable technique that converts the time-sequence of the data and control signal between MCU and CAN controllers is performed through a piece of CPLD chip is proposed.Redundant methods of CAN bus and the CANaerospace protocol is discussed in the paper.

Abstract:The cable acquisition and control system of the traditional greenhouse has many disadvantages such as complicated wiring, high cost and lack of accuracy and expansibility. In order to solve those problems, a greenhouse acquisition and control system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) is designed in this paper. The ZigBee with temperature sensor DS18B20 and humidity sensor AM2301 is used as the sensor node, the fan and the wet curtain formed as two controller nodes which are respectively connected with the ZigBee module. The coordinator receives environmental data collected by the sensor nodes, and then sends the control commands to the controller nodes after processing and analyzing the data, which changes the execution status of the fan and the wet curtain, so as to adjust temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse, providing suitable growth environment for crops. The experimental results show that the system can realize wireless collection of greenhouse environment data and the control of main equipment in the greenhouse. The greenhouse acquisition and control system based on WSN with low cost and low power consumption has reduced labour intensity, and the data packet loss rate is zero, which is applicable for small greenhouse monitoring and control with good accuracy and scalability.

Abstract:In this paper, a scheme of the plant energy monitoring system based on CANbus is proposed, and the software and hardware are designed and realized. The communication protocol with dynamic priority is customized, using self-developed IGAHC algorithm. The system can not only collect and process the digital, analog and hybrid signals from the field instrument, but also can store, display, query and perform statistics on the data. It can interface with the MIS conveniently. Practical application shows that the system has friendly interface and steady performance.

Abstract:<Abstrcat> A data sample system based on CAN bus of tractor test bench was introduced in this paper. Some (problems) of traditional test bench were solved, such as complex in setting wire, low level of reliability, unfit for connection to net. This system consists of five CAN nodes, each of them can finish the correlative test and send the data to main PC. The main PC communicates with the CAN nodes through PC-CAN adapter. Hardware and software design for the CAN nodes and PC-CAN adapter and system debugging were finished in this project.
