Abstract:As an emerging and flourishing cultural entertainment industry, video games is "The Ninth Art", which is a combination of techniques and arts. It is highly interactive, open and full of visual reality, which make is become a popular entertainment form. However, the design of video games focuses more on technical design, it doesn't raise the artistry of video games to a new level. Therefore, it cannot meet the aesthetic needs of players, and meanwhile its understanding of their psychology is weak. This thesis is based on Gestalt Psychology, with visual illusion theory as its core, and examines the current cases of games, to find out how to influence users with "Gestalt Force" and "Self-organizing Theory", giving them direct sensory stimuli and motivating their "Gestalt Force" of Psychological experience and participating into the process of games. Thus, they will have stronger game experience and aesthetic feelings.

Abstract:Integrating the concept of gamified learning into the field of fine art education is gradually becoming a new trend. However, existing multimedia practices and game applications in design still have shortcomings, such as a lack of clear teaching objectives and rich interactive elements, making it challenging to achieve a balance between educational and gameplay. In light of this, this study developed the Perceptual Tower Challenge—a game for fine art education that combines visual thinking strategies with educational game design methods. The game sets clear and relevant goals, encouraging learners to explore and express themselves through seeing, imagining, and drawing. It balances the transmission of conceptual art knowledge with the promotion of active creative practice, aiming to enhance the performance of art education games in terms of teaching effectiveness and user experience. A pilot study preliminarily verified the positive impact of the game in enhancing learning experiences and initiative.

Abstract:With the deep development of computer game industry,the research on Computer Graphics teaching and evaluation for the professional talents training should be done.This paper proposes a multi-dimensions stereo practice teaching framework of Computer Graphics.In this framework,the Computer Graphics is set as main dimension,the computer software and hardware courses traverse through it,and the third dimension of weight-based teaching evaluation is also introduced into it.With the multi-angles and multi-channels cross progressive teaching training mode of professional theories and practices,combining the obj ective teaching evaluation standard, the proposed framework can improve students ’ enthusiasm and professional comprehensive application ability,and make the students cultivate the research and innovation ability of game development.

Abstract:Abstract With the continuous development of society, the role of the visual guidance system in animation design has also evolved and evolved in its long history, leading to the changes in the values of modern beauty. In the field of modern social and cultural design, the visual guidance system in animation design has unique regional nature and cultural influence. The visual language should correspond to the visual environment and easy to understand and be known by people. It combines animation conception and design technology to capture the cultural charm and beauty, values, and behavioral norms of people in different fields. This article studies and analyzes the visual orientation of graphic language in the design of animation visual guidance system, and injects the graphic language with orientation into its animation design, so that the animation design is more in line with the characteristics of the times. It can be more adapted to the emerging media and better convey the information transfer between the enterprise and the audience. To further understand the audience’s tendency toward elements of graphic expression, this article analyzes the subjective perceptions of the respondents on the importance of color selection, calligraphy fonts, graphic expression, and modeling meaning. The results of the study showed that the respondents aged 21–35 paid more attention to the choice of graphic colors, and the highest number was 69.

Abstract:The progress and deficiencies in interface aesthetics research and aesthetics evaluation were analyzed.By integrating the theories and methods of kansei engineering,graphics,systems engineering,psychophysics and other disciplines,a new interface aesthetic evaluation method was proposed.In this paper,firstly,the perceptual image structure of interface aesthetics was analyzed,and it was found that balance,proportion,simplicity and echo were key potential factors influencing user aesthetic experience.Twelve aesthetic indexes and the evaluation system of interface aesthetic were built.Secondly,gray relational analysis was applied to analyze the aesthetic dominance orders of the design cases,and then aesthetics comprehensive evaluations were enforced.Finally,a prototype system of interface aesthetics evaluation was developed;and corresponding function modules including information encoding,aesthetics calculation and design cases comprehensive evaluation were introduced.The comparative experiment result through the normal paired comparison method in psychophysics verified that the system and method proposed in the paper were feasible and effective.

Abstract:Based on the study of abroad foundation on visual theory, we conduct depth discussion of the current introduction of visual teaching meaning. For the current computer graphics course content, we determine a visual teaching content and objectives, carry out the study and practice of computer graphics algorithm visualization teaching. This paper uses VB 6.0 visual programming tool to generate the basic primitives, polygon filling, cut a straight line segment, curve generation and visualization of fractal algorithm design and realization. Through analysis, this paper hold that use of visual teaching has a positive effect and influence for professors to change the way teachers help students understand computer graphics algorithm. In the process of teaching, students improve the understanding, exploration, discovery and creativity through observation, conjecture and verify.

Abstract:In the context of digital empowerment for high-quality development of higher education, the rapid dissemination of knowledge and information mediated by new media and mobile terminals has been widely applied in the whole cycle of teaching. With the pain points and learning experiences of students as the starting point, this paper presents a case study of the “History of Landscape Architecture” course and designs an educational gaming mechanism for post-course knowledge point assessments. The front-end of this mechanism is based on the addiction model and positive/negative feedback loop system and is coupled with flat illustrations to create a multi-sensory experience that is suitable for mobile device support, resulting in a small-scale, simple,and engaging mini-program game with visual, tactile, and auditory components. Furthermore, the back-end of the mechanism relies on programming languages such as JavaScript, WXML, and WXSS and utilizes computer adaptive testing technology to develop and design a knowledge point testing mini-program game for the course. This educational gaming mechanism can effectively stimulate students’ learning interests and improve knowledge consolidation efficiency. Moreover, through the use of artificial intelligence algorithms, it can tailor personalized ability tests for students. This mechanism is significant for teaching innovation and resource iteration in the integration of professional education, aesthetic education, and artificial intelligence technology.

Abstract:Abstract Designing color visual teaching is one of the most fundamental courses for students major in visual communication, and is a crucial course for student to master and control the color in a good way. Computer multimedia technology (CMT) is a prevailing teaching-aided way in recent years. This study is to explore the advantages of CMT in visual psychology experimental teaching of designing color. In this study, 87 teachers in visual communication teaching from 10 universities and colleges in Lanzhou City are selected as research objects, and they are interviewed with the purpose of knowing the current application of CMT in visual psychology experimental teaching of designing color. After interviewing, the summary and analysis on recorded information reveals that CMT can change the traditional teaching mode, enrich the current teaching content, reduce the writing pressure of teachers in blackboard, and enhance the innovation ability on color design of students. In addition, CMT can help students to display a work with current fashion colors, which can meet the market demand better. Finally, it can be concluded that CMT can be applied in visual psychology experimental teaching of designing color good, and even the whole field of education in a good way.

Abstract:In the era of intelligent information, various smart electronics have become a part of our lives. In the field of education, online education is becoming popular to fill the gap in educational fields such as schools. This study aims to analyze the UI design of educational apps for children's affordance and provide alternatives. To this end, an analysis framework centered on cognitive affordance, physical affordance, sensory affordance, and functional affordance was used among Harson's affordance theories. we organize the three main elements of app interface design: interface layout, icons/button, and color, and combine affordance theory with interface design to analyze the children's art education app interface. Through these improvements, it is expected that children will be able to use educational apps better and adapt to non-face-to-face classes.

Abstract:In the digital era, visual programming technology has brought fresh blood to the field of art creation, making it completely realize the structural transformation, thus promoting art design to get rid of the limitations of traditional media. Based on the integration of environment awareness technology and interactive technology, this paper realizes the design and improvement in art interactive creation visualization system. The environmental awareness technologies included in the system are divided into several types with different application effects, including data storage and collection technology, data processing technology and scenario management technology. The system itself is designed as a three-tier system, including application layer, foundation layer and user interaction layer. By using environment awareness technology, the system realizes the collection and source analysis of target data, and can perform scenario state calculation, information reasoning and storage. By introducing visualization technology, the system is equipped with a visual programming model, which can realize programming processing based on node data. It can be seen from the simulation experiment data that the system can achieve efficient and feasible data processing, and its memory utilization, CPU utilization and requests, bandwidth and other indicators are positively correlated. Therefore, the application of this visualization system can effectively assist individual artists in artistic creation, break communication barriers, achieve information interaction, bring new possibilities for artistic creation, and effectively adapt to the future art development environment. In this paper, the visual system is designed by applying environment awareness and interactive technology to the field of art design.

Abstract:Visual aesthetics of information system is very important. However, this factor was commonly ignored in the lifecycle of system development in the past, and there is also a lack of systematic design approach to it. Aiming at improving the aesthetic quality and user satisfaction of information system, a novel design approach to visual aesthetics of information system is presented. Firstly, the notions of mental model, visual aesthetic design of system, and participatory design (PD), are reviewed respectively. Secondly, the visual aesthetic design method (VADM) is developed by making use of participatory design method. Some applicable techniques are adopted to support the design process, while semantic differential method is used to the evaluation of design schemes. At last, a sample application in virtual heritage is implemented, which is validated the practicability and effectiveness of the method.

Abstract:Visual aesthetics measurement has been studied in the information processing. Indeed, it was mainly conducted by designers and experts previously, which is related to evaluate final works of visual aesthetics. By contrast, relations of inspirations and outcomings are largely ignored in the field of interface design. The result was measured by students, users, and experts, so as to understand the different effects of the interface design inspirations. Two studies were to investigate the influences of inspirations, such as the image‐verbal–oriented (task 1) and the interface‐image–oriented (task 2), and measure the outcomings by users, experts, and participants works. Thirty participants, two experts, and two users, rated the interface design works. The code frequency and correlation analysis were adopted. The findings demonstrate that usability and aesthetics are scored highly in task 2 that is supported by the rating from users and experts. The originality and creativity are rated superior in task 1 than task 2 that is rated by experts. This study reveals that image‐verbal–oriented inspiration matches to the creativity and originality in interface design, and the interface‐image–oriented inspiration was related to the usability and aesthetics, which contribute to the interface design processing and inspiration adoption. This paper proposed a method on visual aesthetics measurement of interface design. Two studies were adopted to investigate inspirations from the image‐verbal–oriented and the interface‐image–oriented. The interface design works were assessed by participants, users, and experts. The findings demonstrated that image‐verbal–oriented inspiration influences the creativity and originality and the interface‐image–oriented inspiration affects the usability and aesthetics.
