Emulational hardware and software investigation for PLC control of the mechanical press

Abstract:The PLC control of JA21－ 160 mechanical press is taken for example with S7－ 200 CPU216 PLC,and the necessity of emulation for PLC control of the mechanical press is pointed out. The emulation hardware board system of PLC control for the mechanical press has been set up and the compositions and functions of the emulation control software has been discussed, which has nicer general performance.
