Abstract:The technique of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis was discussed.The structure of monitoring and fault diagnosis system was introduced.Some key techniques in the system implementation were analyzed which included the B/S structure,web diagnostic technique and so on.Using this remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system,domain experts and professional skill personnel can be summoned to diagnose faults of equipments based on web-model,and huge economic losses caused by faults of hydraulic equipments can be avoided.

Abstract:This paper introduces an Ethernet-based online monitoring system and its application to rolling bearings of the nine fan sets. The design of the system is based on embeded system and field bus. The system has many advantages used in industry such as multi\|channel, network, practicability and high capability to cost ratio. With the operation of the system in practice for three years, the results show that the design of the system is successful and the system can be widely used for monitoring the condition of rotating machinery.

Abstract:In order to solve the scheduling in large petrochemical enterprises, a real-time scheme to monitor whole procedure of production by LAN is proposed in this paper. A reliable frame-based communication mechanism is also designed.A real-time communication with various industrial control software is implemented through DDE technology .In the LAN programming,Activex object Winsock and UDP protocol are used.This scheme has been realized in Harbin Petrochemical Enterprise.The result proves that performance is satisfactory.

Abstract:An adaptive recursive partial least squares(RPLS ) monitoring scheme is proposed to improve the time-variant tracking power of the statistical quality monitoring (SQM) systems.When new samples are obtained, this new method updates the monitoring model and the Q statistic control limit (Q_α) on the basis of the improved RPLS algorithms.Thus it could overcome the shortage of the traditional fixed SQM successfully.The theoretical findings were fully supported by the application performed on the rubber mixing process in a large-scale tire plant in east China.It was shown that the compounds quality is improved remarkably and the false alarm frequency was reduced significantly.

Abstract:A new sensor data recording system applied in the industrial field is designed.The hardware uses the high resolution,wide dynamic range 16 bit ∑-Δ chip AD7705 to acquire the sensor data,AD7705 links the microcontroller S3C2440A by SPI bus.Its software uses Linux as embedded operating system,and graphical programming language QT is chosen to design the application.The system is applied to the auto spring elastic testing system,acquiring directly the elastic sensor data,real-time displaying and controlling through the touch screen,meeting completely the high precision demands in the industrial field,having high engineering value in the other fields such as environmental monitoring.

The system takes the both advantages of automatic control and remote control and remains the local manual electrical or mechanical control function. Abstract:In order to collect and transmit large mount of real-time data in complex industry environment, this paper develops a supervisory system based on CAN bus and proposes a session layer protocol combining CAN and TTCAN. The periodic message and real-time aperiodic message are transmitted safely in long distance and low data rate situation. The system meets the requirements of validity and real-time performance for periodic and aperiodic message. And the paper presents a brief introduction to the software and hardware structures based on C8051F040. The system can collect and transmit real-time data reliably in harsh environment of rubber manufacture.

Abstract:In order to improve precision of automobile manufacturing process,based on the analysis of control methods and requirements of modern small automobile engine assembly lines,a network topology structure of multi-station data transmission and control is built and an Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) monitoring software is designed.Based on the development environment of VB 6.0,the software has achieved the following functions: user login,control parameter setting,communication facility installing and maintaining,data display,alarm display,historical data storage and so on.By the software,a planning management of various stations in the network can be achieved,and the data can be completely collected and analyzed to achieve a full feedback on production process and the integration of detection and control.

Abstract:Networked monitoring and control system of tyre building machine is a LAN management system characterized by possessing servers and multiple clients, which are developed by LabVIEW, the virtual instrument development platform and combining with network information technologies such as TCP/IP and OPC. It uses customized communication protocol based on TCP/IP protocol, which makes the data management and interactions between server and clients faster and more conveniently. Using C/S model as the basis of the system construction, it ultimately achieves varied functions including alarms warning, rights management, invoking the formula information of multiple clients arbitrarily and summarizing the yield. The system designed brings great convenience to the management of multiple clients, which eventually makes the process of tyre manufacture more automatic and intelligent.

Abstract:The on-line monitoring system used for monitoring the wear information of heavy power reducer gear friction pairs was designed by integrating on-line visual ferrography sensors with on-line viscosity sensors,the multi-level monitoring technology was used for remote monitoring of underground reducer.The system was used to monitor the lubrication oil of reducer equipped on super-heavy conveyor,it is found that the system can realize the remote monitoring of lubrication oil.The monitoring result shows the diameter of most wear particles in lubrication oil after running is above 50 μm,which is in accordance with real situation.

Abstract:Refining process is an important part of the mechanical pulping. However, it's easy to be disturbed by upstream and downstream links and final pulp quality will be impacted by poor controlling under this condition. Too large motor load is also an obvious shortcoming. This paper has designed an online monitoring and diagnosis system for refining process. The design based on the concept of new generation of automatic system for the paper industry and made use of shared database and windows technology. The function of this system included online report and diagnosis, problem trended display, remote maintenance and so on. So the system was configured to optimize refining process while achieving the energy reduction objective.

Abstract:In the background of actual production demands, we develop data services to solve the problem of "information isolated island" in the tire production for achieving the unified management for data from diverse production systems. Based on the data services, the management system for tire production is designed. The system uses the decision tree algorithm with data fitting and data screening technologies to analyze the data from the whole production process and realize the forecast of product quality and defects analysis. The system has been applied to the production by Shandong Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. The practice has proved that our data services and system not only improve the tire pass rate and production efficiency, but also help enterprises to achieve the efficient management of production. In addition, we apply the service to the actual manufacturing industry, which plays a positive role in the promotion and improvement of service application.
