Abstract:AbstrcatUnder the competitive environment of Iron Steel industry information resources unification, in order to resolve the urgent demands on the integration of enterprises resources, this paper proposes ERP-based integration scheme of CRM and SCM for Iron Steel industry, demonstrates the feasibility of this scheme on the level of business process and techniques, and finally presents actual case which applies that scheme.
