Abstract:In this paper,the research background,general idea,main contents,technology roadmap and expected outcomes of a National Key Research and Development Project“Key technologies study and application demonstration of near-zero-liquid-discharge and resource recovery of coal chemical industry wastewater”are briefly introduced. Hopefully,through this project,the common key technologies with“4-high”(high pollutant removal,high water recycling,high resource recovery and high technical stability)and“2-low”(low treatment cost,low investment cost)features will be established,the whole chain technology innovation system related to treatment,reclamation and resource recovery of coal chemical industry wastewater will be constructed,and the technology framework for the optimal combination of long-process-flow and short-process-flow treatment will be formed.
