Abstract:To Compare the difference of volatile oil of the dry Alpinia oxyphylla extracted by different methods so as to supply data for quality control and research of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. , volatile oil was extracted with orthogonal experiment of steam distillation, solvent extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction. The compounds were identified by GC-MS and quantitatively determined with normalization method. Results showed that the optimum condition technology of three extraction methods, the color and yield of volatile oil were diverse. Difference was found in the kinds and relative content of component of volatile oil extracted by different methods. The ultrasonic assisted extraction can be used as a supplementary method of research and quality control of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. volatile oil.
