Abstract:In order to train applied talents with ability of engineering practice , modern education requires new ideas and changes of traditional talents training mode , according to the goals and requirements of applied talents of Chemical Engineering , we worked with Xiangtan Electrochemical Group Co.and tried to approach it from four aspects , muti-support system , the construction of curriculum system , the construction of practice system and evaluation mechanism.The reform of talents training was proposed to improve the practice teaching system , so as to provide reference for the implementation of the cooperation between school and enterprise in training applied professional talents of Chemical Engineering.
