Abstract:The development of society in the era of'Internet+'had been confronted many issues including the regulation of food safety which is under the spotlight because of the close connection with the human being itself.Being compared to the traditional business mode,food business activities improved the expansion of market powerfully since the internet third party platforms joined.But,at the same time,digital commerce had brought the great challenge to the food safety regulation,which had been found expression in the efficiency of power assignment,the controls of market entry,the searching costs of information and etc.To meet the challenge,it is necessary to realize the transformation of thinking from regulation to governance.Based on the optimizing the specific mechanisms of the foregoing through institutional improvement and innovation,the internet food safety could be reached to the more efficient governance.
