Abstract:Based on Ergonomics and the basic requirements Of control panel design, this paper studied the computer-aided design method based on man-machine principle restraint with control panel modeling, color and other man-machine elements being chosen as research subjects. Abstract:Nowadays,the world textile machinery control system has a trend of digitization,intelligent and networking.In this paper,we construct a hardware platform which takes the ARM microprocessor as the center,and program its corresponding control software and intelligent tension control algorithm,meanwhile,achieve other external circuit to the control of the loom control program.This paper describes the hardware of the loom control system,and the tension of intelligent control algorithm,which greatly enhances the system's speed and stability and furthermore improves the quality of the fabrics.Finally,it can help to make good gains.

The solution includes the designs of network structure, software composition, protocol, multithread, database, etc. The monitor-control system is developed to satisfy the special requirements brought with the new characteristics in weaving industry, such as small batches, variety, fast pace. Abstract:Designing and implementing an intelligent and user friendly human machine interface for any kind of software or hardware oriented application is always be a challenging task for the designers and developers because it is very difficult to understand the psychology of the user, nature of the work and best suit of the environment. This research paper is basically about to propose an intelligent, flexible and user friendly machine interface for Product Life Cycle Management products or PDM Systems since studies show that usability and human computer interaction issues are a major cause of acceptance problems introducing or using such systems. Going into details of the proposition, we present prototype implementations about theme based on design requirements, designed designs and technologies involved for the development of human machine interface.

Abstract:In order to meet the modern air-jet loom′ s requirement for human-machine interaction platform,such as quick response,simple operation and scalability,a novel design of human-machine interaction system based on Win CE and CAN protocol for air-jet loom was presented in the article.Firstly,the embedded system hardware platform was designed using microprocessor EP9307 as the core,and the Win CE operating system was customized.Secondly,the interface was designed using C # language,with the parameters of the system integrated,and the mechanism of data access based on the XML file was implemented.Finally,the program of CAN communication,in which multi-line technical design and Win CE interrupt mechanism were integrated,was designed based on self-defining CAN protocol,thereby realizing communication between the functional modules.A large number of test results showed that the system has good ability of interaction and communication and the characteristics of stable operation,real-time,easy expansion and maintenance.

Abstract:Human-machine interface ergonomics design and evaluation can not only affect the efficiency of interaction, but also affect the operation safety. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an effective human-machine ergonomics evaluation method to evaluate the human-machine ergonomics design. This paper proposed a human-machine interface evaluation criterion based on visual perception intensity and a contrast criterion for image processing, and built an evaluation software. The software built was based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Besides, the interface of the software was written in C++ programming language. The software included three functional modules: calculating the interface visual perception index, calculating the interface contrast ratio, and the interface ergonomics evaluation result. The simulation results suggested that the software built can be used to evaluate the human-machine interface and can effectively avoid the potential subjective influence of the experimenter in the traditional evaluation.

Abstract:Human-computer interaction interface design not only improves the efficiency of information interaction,but also brings user physical and mental pleasure. In the development of remote mechani-cal design service system,besides what the system must possess is implemented,an operation interface which is accords with principle of human-computer information interaction is designed for system. According to the functional requirements of WEB based mechanical design service system,an ergonomics analysis is conducted on the system interface design,theoretical basis of that in the guidance of cognitive psychology has been discussed,some design principle and the design flow and the method of human-computer information interaction system interface design based on cognitive psychology is put forward. Then it is verified the feasibility and practicality of the principles and methods mentioned by giving an example of interface design of web based gear design service system.

Abstract:Focusing on the matching requirements of automobile man-machine interface devising, a 5-degree of freedom man upper arm movement model is established at automobile man-machine driving interface to simulate man upper arm movement and calculate palm center pose. Taking the man upper arm pose as a comfortable target, the optimal upper arm comfortable driving model is established. The model is verified reasonably and practically by simulation. Setting layout of gear lever in mobile driver cabin as an applied example, the corresponding optimal pose and optimal curve are obtained to provide a reference for the design of automobile man-machine driving interface.

Abstract:The man-machine design and appraisal problems in computer aided industrial design process was studied.The method for building the three-dimensional digitization design and appraisal subsystem was presented.The function,instruction and interface of this subsystem were discussed.There are four submodules under this subsystem.They are: man-machine dimension database and inquiring module,three-dimensional human model storehouse for simulated detection,man-machine characteristic part storehouse and evaluation.The construction,content and realization were discussed in detail.Finally,this system was validated by the practical design of a numerical control machine tool.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the importance of user-centered design thought in the information product design,discussed the coupling relationship between users cognitive perspective and information interface which exist in the excellent information product.The paper puts forward the man-machine coupling theory from the perspective of users cognitive.In the cognitive process,there are mapping relationship between the user implicate knowledge and the explicate knowledge that expressed by the information product.We can achieve better man-machine interaction through realizing the man-machine coupling of information product encoding design by considering the mapping relationship.Finally,the paper proved the usability of information product design method which guided by the thought of man-machine coupling through the case and the experimental verification.

Abstract:One of the key issues, the man-machine interface (MMI) for manufacturing oriented tele-engineering, will be discussed in this paper. After completing the requirement analysis, three MMI schemes, i.e. Internet based MMI, multimedia MMI, and MMI that can overcome language and cultural barriers, are proposed and discussed. The realization technologies for these MMI schemes proposed are further explored and illustrated with case study in order to verify the efficiency and feasible of the designed MMI schemes.

Abstract:In this paper, the corresponding laws between data patterns and human product contacting interfaces are estab-lished, using the mapping relationships of interfaces’ergonomics shapes and the pressure distribution, based on the data collection to human body physiological characteristics and its auxiliary analysis. It plays a catalytic role in improving the efficiency of the contacting interfaces’morphology design and enhancing its quality. An experiment about aquanaut’s characteristic and reactions in the operation state is carried out in this study with the use of Tekscan pressure cushion measure-ment system. This method which improves the quality of human product contacting interfaces and expands its related appli-cations is applied to the contacting interfaces’design.

Abstract:In the process of machining, the operator’s incorrect operation using the control human-computer interaction interface may lead to a disastrous effect on the whole production chain such as task failure and system failure. The eight types of using errors about human-computer interaction interface system (misperception, memory lapse, carelessness, improper decision-making, improper operation, improper interface layout design, improper icon and text display design, and improper prompt feedback) are proposed based on the cognition from users. According to the eight types of using error, the human reliability and safety evaluation method is proposed. Considering the variability objective and uncertainty subjective factors in the human-machine interaction process, the human reliability evaluation method is proposed based on objective and subjective comprehensive weighting under ergonomic principles. Firstly, based on the investigation of relevant machine tool interface design, the comprehensive evaluation index system for man-machine reliability of complex interface design is established. Secondly, an objective and subjective comprehensive weight assignment method as the composition of Theilʼs entropy weight method combined with TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) and improved AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method combined with fuzzy mathematics is proposed. It can not only effectively avoid the impact of excessive subjective factors on empowerment but also fully excavate the real information in the survey data and improve the objectivity and accuracy of the weight data of evaluation indicators at all levels. Thirdly, taking the interface design of CNC machine tool equipment for example, the best human-computer interaction interface design schemes are chosen according to the human reliability evaluation method based on objective and subjective comprehensive method calculated by Entropy-TOPSIS-AHP. Finally, based on eye movement experiments, the use efficiency and accuracy of the human-computer interaction interface design scheme chosen by the assessment method are better than the other design schemes or original one to verify the assessment method validity.

Abstract:In order to consider the psychological cognitive characteristics affecting operating comfort and realize the automatic layout design, cognitive ergonomics and GA-ACA (genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm) were introduced into the layout design of human-machine interaction interface. First, from the perspective of cognitive psychology, according to the information processing process, the cognitive model of human-machine interaction interface was established. Then, the human cognitive characteristics were analyzed, and the layout principles of human-machine interaction interface were summarized as the constraints in layout design. Again, the expression form of fitness function, pheromone, and heuristic information for the layout optimization of cabin was studied. The layout design model of human-machine interaction interface was established based on GA-ACA. At last, a layout design system was developed based on this model. For validation, the human-machine interaction interface layout design of drilling rig control room was taken as an example, and the optimization result showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract:The optimal design theory and method was introduced to the design of human-machine interface in mechanical system in this paper. The mathematical model of human-machine interface in mechanical system was put forward as follows: First, following the design rule of human-machine interface, the optimal design variables were defined. Second, the matching degree of whole human-machine interface was regarded as the systemic optimal design target function; also, the geometry parameters and the matching degree of the components in human-machine interface were regarded as the single optimal design target function.Third, the geometry position areas of the components in human-machine interface were regarded as the restriction condition.
